Previous manager of this once excellent store, Nicky, was professional, grateful and welcoming of donations. The new manager, Zoe, is the complete opposite: she is passive-aggressive, unwelcoming - to the point of being rude - and shows no appreciation for your donations. We came along way to take our donations there because we liked the shop and the manager , and we believe in the Charity. Zoe, however, is certainly not the appropriate front-of- house manager this shop and charity needs. I donate alot of decent stuff that is good quality but my experience with the blunt rude and unwelcoming Zoe has soured the entire experience. Alas I will not be donating there again. Well done, Zoe.

Absolutely great, best charity shop I've ever been too. Great prices, array of items, staff ect. They haven't inflated their prices unlike other Charity Shops (Mainly BHF). Please keep it that way. They've got a Changing room too. Would definitely recommend.??

Our third visit to this site which is very clean and tidy and well spaced out and enjoys open sea views. Good facilities around and good bus services close by so no need to move the motor home. Llandudno easily accessible.

To be clear, I like charity shops, I can not pass on by without taking a look inside. Most (with a few exceptions), offer great value for the products they sell, this one goes one further and offers outstanding value. A well-stocked and restocked charity shop staffed by friendly people, any more would be less. Enjoy shopping for bargains, here they are.....

Nice to see a well organized charity shop. Like with all charity shops I just wish stuff that doesn't sell is moved on quicker so more donations can be accepted and not turned away. We'll done if books are in alphabetical order.

As a volunteer working for Scope for nearly a decade, l must say how positive and transformative the power of working within the third sector has proved to be. There is always a warm welcome to be received when visiting the C/Bay shop and a plentiful selection of bargains to be found in our home ware/ bric a brac section, electricals, media, clothing and children's sections, as well as a whole host of new goods up for grabs, all at discounted prices. So, if you're bored of the same old high street fashions and looking to re - inspire your wardrobe as well as your bank balance and of course support a very worthy cause, please come and pay us a visit, you will be warmly greeted and hopefully become one of our very valued customers.

scope colwyn bay is the best ive shopped there and worked there the staff are very welcoming and friendly and ruth taught me everything I know about retail and customer care and its a team effort in whatever they do keep up the good work guys
