Previous manager of this once excellent store, Nicky, was professional, grateful and welcoming of donations. The new manager, Zoe, is the complete opposite: she is passive-aggressive, unwelcoming - to the point of being rude - and shows no appreciation for your donations. Absolutely great, best charity shop I've ever been too. Great prices, array of items, staff ect. They haven't inflated their prices unlike other Charity Shops (Mainly BHF). Please keep it that way. They've got a Changing room too. Would definitely recommend.??
