I recently moved my prescription to Rowlands in Rhos On Sea, I'm so glad I did.The staff went to a lot of trouble to sort out my prescription, I was getting nowhere trying to sort it out with the Doctors surgery and would have gone another week without my tablets had Rowlands not stepped in and made sure I got my tablets.I can't thank the staff enough I am so grateful to them all for their kindness and patience.

What a shambles, were told conflicting information just about everytime we use this pharmacy, we were told that the policy on provisions was going to be looked into and the relevant information be shared amongst all the staff employed there however no such investigation took place and we are 2 years on that the out of date policy still applies but the view and the stance taken on this matter varies from staff member to staff member. Just yet another calamity visit to my local pharmacy that is still striving 2 years on to meet the high level of expectations from their obviously extremely demanding clientele. Communication is the key Mr Rowland's.

Went to collect a parcel 3 weeks ago. after DPD courier texted me that the item was dropped off at this branch for collection and that I had a 1 hour window to pick the item up. I was the only person in the store. On reaching the reception, the lady at the counter called out for another of her colleagues to pass on the item to me. On telling this individual and showing a text that I had received to collect the item, she said first, without looking if there was a delivery that they had no DPD deliveries that day. I asked her if she was sure, and she replied the same stating, "no deliveries". She then turned around and went to a store cupboard door and opened and looked continuing to state that no deliveries were handed. As I did not want to delay the rest of the customers who by now had started to queue, I moved away from the counter and started to head for the door trying to contact DPD. I for a second saw her looking down on the floor near the cupboard door and saw her picking up a box and shout out that infact there was one. I walked back to the counter and showed her the pick up code but she wanted proof of ID, I showed her my drivers license, to which she stated that she wanted further proof as if my picture, name and address on the drivers license was not enough. I layed out debit cards, credit cards which did not even look at before handing me the parcel. Guess what, I had my mask on this whole time. I have to say she was rude and never apologised for her error. If they are not happy offering this service then they shouldn't offer it. No wonder this branch has such a poor rating.

Very rude and patronising dark haired lady assistant ! Wonder why they always seem to put the Assistants on the front desk that should be well and truly kept at the back ! Won?t go in there ever again !

Very pleasant, helpful staff.Shame pharmacist,Sam, has applied for and left to, Old Colwyn (hope the birth went well!) but a very nice Italian, lives in Liverpool, helps as relief pharmacist.In these difficult Covid-19 times patience and understanding is helpful from customers.All round excellent service

An obese woman with spectacles behind the counter did not even check if my prescription was ready . . . (I had already been left waiting for ten minutes while she chatted to other workers in the back office) . . . She just told me that the medication had not come in yet and to come back after 5.00 pm . . . I had previously telephoned the pharmacy at 9.00 am that morning and told by a different person to collect my prescription and that it would be ready after 11.00 am that day . . . I will make a formal complaint in writing to the Head Office . . . She should be sacked or disciplined . . . (I have Schizophrenia and my medication is important for my continued stable condition) . . . I am seriously thinking of going to a different Pharmacy from now on . . . (Boots the Chemist is opposite) . . . I think I will get my repeat prescriptions sent there instead . . .
