Really helpful, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about products too. Gave great advice and was told if the product wasn't suitable, I could return it. Both dogs were made a fuss of & given a treat. Genuinely lovely lady served us today.Have visited three times now & all the staff have been really nice.

I was recommended this shop due to the helpful owner and was not disappointed. My dog chews all his beds and I was looking at options. Andrew ended up giving me an old bed from the back of his shop yo try before i buy. He also advised me on a few other things. OMG he was so helpful and I didn't buy a thing. However, I will be back and I will recommend him. How refreshing!

Got some new cat food from Rhos Pet Supplies yesterday, as the previous one I'd been using was discontinued. Great advice and helpful service. Will keep shopping local now. The cat loved the new food too!

Ultra helpful owner of store who will always go that extra step for his customers. If they havent got what you want there and then, they will order it in very quickly. They will probably have what you want anyway! Would recommend to anyone.
