“This is such a fabulous little post office. There's a distinct old village post office feel, where the post master knows who you are, helps you and does so with a supportive smile. She really is quite special. I've never been in there where someone doesn't refer to her by name and visa versa. The only problem with offering an over and above service is it's busy, and it's ALWAYS busy, but as I say, there's a very good reason for that. Generally people understand and will happily wait their turn because she gives everyone the same due diligence and care. That service is old school... excellent.”

“I use this post office weekly to post my eBay items. Staff are always so lovely and helpful. Yes, there may be a queue sometimes but they do their best to serve people as quick as they can. They also sell a lovely selection of cards too and homemade jams, chutneys etc..”

“Generally no issue. Use this post office often. It's part of one stop so not a dedicated post office and also operates at different times to the shop. But always open as advertised in-store and no issues.”

“this is you know one of those strange post offices that does not really feel like a post office. i suppose thats why they call it a sub post office. but no, they do not offer post services in addition to subway sandwiches. nor do they post sub sandwiches. though that would be a great business idea. you order tomorows lunch and it comes through the letter box. sandwiches are the ideal shape and size for letter boxes on doors. this sub post office offers the usual things; stamps, envelopes, tax, passport. they dont have a bit that tries to sell you travel insurance etc. like they do in the big post offices nowdays. that is what i like about the little post offices. it can get quite busy at times here and its quite a small premesis, so bring an umbrella to guard yourself from glan conwy pick pockets. not that there are many.”
