“Great service but needs opening hours to be advertised accurately. There is no mention of their closing for several hours a day, which is the actual case. You will only be informed of this when you’re at the door, by which time you’ve walked several miles. Not good for less able walkers.”

“Yesterday, I had a home delivery, everything was fine except for a bottle of whisky that had the security lock left on, tried to get the lock of but failed.
Made contact to explain the problem, was told that a member of staff/driver would call and take it off for us, then was told no available staff.
I called into the Colwyn Bay store this morning. The assistant on the cigarette counter, her name is Pam was amazing to deal with, she went above & beyond, her customer service was excellent.
