we bought a full bed and headboard from Llandudno, over a £1000, 2 weeks before delivery got a phone call saying they'd been sent wrong headboard and seemed they was expecting us to accept it, told them 'no' we want what we had ordered, received bed on due date, took over a month to recieve the proper headboard, which was just dumped in our living room not fitted as was agreed, was promised compensation by colwyn bay office(tanya) , lot's of phonecalls to them(unanswed and no call back), no reply to messages left , and to emails allso, promise things then never hear off them again once they've got your money, not very professional organization.

A divan bed, firm mattress, delivered and assembled beautifully and so quickly. The mattress is made in the UK, great to see. Brilliant service, we really appreciated it. I would recommend this company over any other.

We have always shopped at Perfect Dreams for our family beds, today we needed a European size mattress, thinking we'd just pop in, just in case they could help....
