Outstanding service this morning. Ordered and paid for a new bed base, headboard and mattress at 10am. The friendliest and most helpful delivery man arrived at 12.15 and didn?t complain about our steps or steep gradient. He put the base together and made sure it was flat. Nothing seemed too much trouble. 10 gold stars for a magnificent service!

We received our bed, headboard and mattress today and we could not be more impressed. We visited the store in Llandudno and the sales assistant was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect mattress. The delivery guys were brilliant, helped us get the mattress up the stairs and even offered to bring the other pieces upstairs too. They gave us advice on assembly and took away our old mattress and bed frame for only £25, which I think is a steal. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely be purchasing from here again.

Fantastic place for all your bedding needs. We bought 3 beds and mattress with headboards, 5 wardrobes and 4 bedside cabinets. Fantastic quality, Really friendly staff. You get a delivery time which is great, the delivery guys bring everything in and put It where you want then take all the packaging away with them. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic place for beds and wardrobes. We had 3 beds , 5 wardrobes and 4 bedside cabinets. Really friendly staff. You get a delivery time not an all day or am or pm slot, the delivery men come and assemble everything where you need it and take the packaging away with them.

we have just purchased a set of bunk beds from Donna and Team @ Perfect Dreams for our grandsons. single top and double bottom. The guys put them together for us too.I can not fault Perfect Dreams. Always more than helpful Brilliant service.. THANKYOU once again for another brilliant job. As you know I won't go anywhere else for beds and wardrobes. XXXX

I bought a lovely King size bed from Perfect Dreams last week with a drawer each side and chose a great colour from their range for the headboard .. the guys delivered assembled it and took my old bed away. Gorgeous pocket sprung bed so comfortable love it and looks fab . The guys who brought it where very professional andthe whole family business very helpful, thankyou

We purchased easy storage under bed from the Llandudno store 3 years ago and the young lady was great. The mattresses were not brilliant though and we knew that so my poor wife when dying from cancer made me promise her that I'd replace them with memory foam so when any of our 3 lads or relatives come to stay they would be comfortable. Went back to the store and the lady was the owner who normally works in the massive Colwyn Bay store, she traced the order from 3 years ago and made sure I'd get the right size to allow one bed to store under the other, she didn't let me down and looked after me as it was always my wife that dealt with this type of thing, I don't have a clue. Everything went well and not only did they deliver lovely well finished memory foam but also took away the old mattresses. Great service and a really good store to buy from, both are well worth a visit, can't recommend them high enough, lovely owner and staff.

Got the best mattress I?ve ever had a week ago I don?t wake up aching anymore - then realised my pillows are rubbish so went back and explained that as a chronic migraine sufferer I needed a really good one - I tried and got the medicpaedic thermo blue one - again never ever such a comfortable pillow no more neck pain - will have to see in a couple of months if it helps my migraines - staff so helpful & carol has been brilliant

Recently received the most luxurious mattress I have ever slept on! If you?re in need of a new mattress go and test out the Bliss 4000 in store!! Amazing Big thanks Perfect Dreams - great service! And also purchased a gorgeous bed for my 5 year old too - highly recommend!

Would give 10 stars if i could.
Saw some wardrobes my sister bought and decided to go and look well glad we did not only did we buy wardrobes bed side cabinet and chester drawers but decided to buy a new bed as well and have got to say what fantastic customer service Donna went way out of her way to make sure we were happy with the purchase also the fitters are a great bunch of guys .
One door was damaged on arrival and no problems getting it replaced as the replacement was ordered the same day.
Perfect Dreams comes HIGHLY recommended ..

Great service & products - highly recommend!
Purchased a mattress for LG bed - was advised brilliantly for the best one for her age.
Didn?t have any in the Llandudno branch when I was there but contacted me that evening to confirm it was in Colwyn Bay branch and was delivered the next day.
