I am so annoyed. My partner has just been to Rhos on sea for lunch with her friend and had a lovely time until she went in to this shop and purchased an item for under £5 and payed by card. The lady at the counter reacted to the card payment so awfully by suggesting she should pay cash, and proceeded to lecture her about how little profit she would make accepting card payment. She was very rude and chucked the item my partner was purchasing back on the counter, after she'd scanned it. There was no sign saying they only accept card payment for purchases over £5. Very bad experience. She will not be returning. And not the attitude to promote a Welsh seaside town.

Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ladies listened to me and gave honest advice on what may help me. I went in feeling so low and lost, yet came out feeling hopeful and positive. I can?t thank the ladies enough. I would highly recommend this shop and I look forward to returning. THANK YOU ?

This is a lovely little family run shop. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the products they stock. Inside it is a very clean, well lit shop with nice shelving all the way around. It is the perfect place to go for an affordable gift for someone who is a little under the weather or for a natural remedy for life's little aches and pains. They even sell organic fruit and veg at a very reasonable price (a lot of items are cheaper here than in the supermarkets) So for a bit of friendly chat at advice, I can't recommend a better place.
