Yesterday, I had a home delivery, everything was fine except for a bottle of whisky that had the security lock left on, tried to get the lock of but failed.
Made contact to explain the problem, was told that a member of staff/driver would call and take it off for us, then was told no available staff.
I called into the Colwyn Bay store this morning. The assistant on the cigarette counter, her name is Pam was amazing to deal with, she went above & beyond, her customer service was excellent.
Morrison's are very lucky she works for them. Thanks Pam.

Found everything we needed whilst on a camping trip to North Wales.

I was surprised at how big this store was. We were staying at the Travelodge and went here to get supplies and the meal deals were very good value for money.
We ended up coming out with more than we went on for due to the amount of stuff that we didn't think would be in here.
Staff were very helpful too.

Everyone is always lovely in the centre. The bollards into the car park are a little bit of a let down with a lot of issues which can pose a little problem getting in and out of the town centre, especially the top car park the bottom car park seems to have less problems though. There's also seems to be a few leaks which could do with repairing.

Needs a bit of a update but most of the time you can get what you want from here.
The biggest problem is the wait at the self serve till for someone to authorise your age. Normally only one person doing this so a wait when busy and when quiet it appears they have to do other duties as well so still have to sometimes wait.
Morristons should have at least one person at all times on the till when quite and more when busy.

Go anywhere else but here if you can
The shops fine and MOST of the staff are alright but you do get some ignorant people who walk around like they've got something to prove by working in retails. I'm constantly ID'd although I'm over the age of 25 and look it aswell for energy drinks nevermind alcohol I wouldn't even attempt it if you've left you ID elsewhere.
I went today after work to get some things for dinner. The women on the self serve tills is just on her phone ignoring customers not paying attention and being overly arrogant as usually (the small fat blond one)
I wouldn't recommend here at all if you're looking for customer service.
