Excellent members of staff can't fault them even though they didn't have my tires in and I had to go to llandudno for them to kwikfit there Even checked if they had them in stock and called them to make sure excellent service not to both places !!! Thanks again

Called at short notice for exhaust review on my Toyota Avensis 2015 .
Ryan checked matters immediately and advised that exhaust had split and required a complete new system ( costing 000?s ) or possibly a welding repair , the latter being most sensible way forward if possible , given age of car .
. Kwik Fit do not undertake welding repairs , so Ryan used his experience and local knowledge to point me in the right direction . I followed this up and car now repaired .
Summary - no business for Kwik Fit on this occasion . However , as always with Kwik Fit Colwyn Bay - staff ( Ryan ) super helpful and client focussed and professional at all times .
As such , I will continue to use Kwik Fit Colwyn Bay when possible .

Great service all round from start to finish clarity professionalism well mannered.and a very clean washroom also a cool drinks machine in the waiting area but most importantly the cost which was clearly explained to me and I was happy to proceed.
