Frustating that I went to visit the store Saturday specifically and at lunchtime and It was closed for an hour for lunch? 12.40 until 1.40, who the hell has an hour for lunch and closes a national chain in the middle of it's busiest day for customers ? Love to see new products, have a look around, just couldn't locate the 'Barleycup', lovely staff member offered to help but I do like to have that achievement of finding it myself!...it was tucked away and hard to see. Also, I can remember a table in my old H+B that used to give tasters to promote a product?...
