Just fitted new door, burgled with thousands of pounds worth of tools stolen. Bottom panel was so easily put in beggars belief. Will be following up with head office as it should have NEVER have been sold. Totally unsafe and not fit for purpose. Windows ordered and still waiting for the sills. Would I recommend them, NEVER.More than happy to go to head office to discuss as I will be seeking compensation as I have to have the door replaced. Shocking service. Single lady living away from home has been put in a position of distress. Totally unacceptable.Months on and job still not finished. Wouldn?t recommend these people to my worst enemyAbsolute shambles and I will be seeking compensationLatest update as of 16th sept 2020 they have refused any form of compensation to my contractor. As the end customer I have requested there refusal in writing and I will take legal advise. They have cost me money, upset with my client and potential damage to the business as a result of the shambles.

Chased them three times for a quote with absolutely no response. They always promised to sort it out immediately but simply didn't. Pity, I'd have liked to have used a local company for my windows but they're clearly not interested!

I spent £2k on doors that won't lock customer service has been terrible calls to them every day for the last week with daily promises of replacement parts and call backs that are never made.

Very good shop open to trade and general public. Till recently a local business. Now under the umbrella of GAP, a nationwide chain of outlets dealing in all things plastic in household goods - everything from gutters to doors, to shower liners and much more. Staff were knowlegeable, helpful and pleasant. I will use them again.
