Food took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold by the time it did. Tracking showed it was finished cooking about 10 mins after ordering, so presumably it was sat out for around 40+ mins before leaving the restaurant as we?re only 10 mins away

Just awful......ordered at 6.30pm....pizza eventually arrived at 8.30pm ......phoned at 7.45pm to ask where it was to be told "It's just coming out of the oven now and it's piping hot".....Cold when got here.....Understand that Fri/Sat are busy, but lying to customers when Domino's is so expensive plus putting pressure on customers to tip drivers (we tip another £3) is not acceptable.

After travelling seven and a half hours decided to try and order a pizza over the phone to be delivered. Apparently they cannot take an order for delivery over the phone, only online which we were unable to do here.
They just lost 5 days of orders.

One of the female managers are very rude and made me wait over 25 minutes as she was on her phone then got someone else to serve me even though the over person was busy and they had no orders on the screens

Domino's us just awful.
Chips or wedges are always under cooked. Topping are the same.
Half way through me and my partner decided we will no longer be a customer at Domino's.
I can't fault delivery driver or the hygiene of the food. Its just poor quality when you can get a better pizza in a bloody kebab shop

Orderd 2 pizzas and side. Order took around 1 hour to arrive. Both pizzas where lukewarm and the chips were cold.Our margarita pizza was heavily over seasoned with domino's herbs and the veggie pizza had pieces of baking paper stuck in it.We called up to complain and fresh food was with us within 20 minutes. Food was all piping hot.Shame the standard wasn't high the first time!
Bought a pizza from here. Food excellent, but all the staff drivers inside, thought I detected some swearing, and one person more interested in her phone than getting things done. But unprofessional if you ask me.
