Very disappointed I wanted to pick up a few birthday cards but not a single Welsh card in the whole shop. Although they don't sell Welsh language cards (neither do the supermarkets, so the reviewers below should give card factory a break) there is an excellent selection of cards at very good prices available, never had a problem getting one here yet.Lle dach chi'n cael cardiau Cymraeg yn yr ardal 'lly?

I went to the Card Factory in Colwyn Bay last week, looking for a Welsh language card. I was told they do not sell them, I asked why as we are in Cymry. The answer I received was "this is an English company". Well done Card Factory for showing total disrespect for our language and culture, offending a customer who will never set foot in any of your shops again.

A card shop in Cymru that does not stock cards or gifts in the Welsh language. Their headquarters is in Wakefield, so they set up in Wales, yet with total disregard for the Welsh speaking community.

Visited the shop today,John&Sophie were on .I asked for a balloon that said somethinv like you're fab ,great or brilliant.Something like that.They had none .John explained about a plain ballloon you could write on .Sophie wrote a lovely message on for me .Excellent customer care.Delightfull staff.I think they need a big well done ?Thank you guys.You made my friend very happy
