The lad in there with the long hair very slim tall build, needs some customer service training or he needs a new job. Accused me of trying to scam them by asking for 2 £10 pound notes (which was to go into the machine) proves him wrong by letting him check the notes and then I proceed to put them in the machine so by this time he knows that they weren?t fake and I was genuine. No apology just a smug luck. I then asked if I could use my card to put money on the machine and he told me my card wouldn?t work and it wasn?t aloud there. (I was there last week and the lady took the same card and took my payment. No need what so ever for the attitude multiple times I had to bite my tounge and be polite as there was elderly people in there and I have respect. I?ll use williamhill across from you in future if he?s behind the counter.

RUDE STAFF IN THERE. ALL YOUNG. DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR ELDERS. SPENT OVER 10 GRAND IN HERE AND STILL DISRESPECT STAFF.
