Our son (Currently in USA) ordered Mother's day flowers from 4 Seasons Florist (via Interflora) for his mother for delivery on Saturday (the day before Mother's Day). The flowers were delivered on the Saturday - as requested - but were left in the front porch with no ring on the bell or knock on the door. Of course, my wife was delighted to receive a floral gift from our son but was extremely disappointed with the quantity of flowers in the arrangement. It was of a very poor standard for the money.The arrangement (an expensive Florist choice hand-tied) contained just 1 pink rose, 3 sprigs of very small pink carnations, 1 lily, 2 Alstroemeria, 2 peach gerberas and a load of mixed greenery. Better arrangements are available from Tesco or M&S, for example, for less than 25% of the cost. The arrangements my wife has received from 4 Seasons in previous your have been of significantly better quality.Based on this Mother's Day arrangement - in no way can we recommend 4 Season's Florists. - in fact we would recommend you get your flowers elsewhere.Although they have a web-site, they do not appear to have an e-mail address to which complaints or concerns can be sent.

Called in for bunch flowers for my mum. Abrupt, very unfriendly assistant. Poor flowers. Wonâ??t be returning. Marks and Spencer flowers much better quality and less expensive.
