Recommended. When I am looking for a company where I want to have a service, as an electronic engineer I always look at their workshop first. If it looks neat and organized, and I'm very strict, then that's okay. If it's a mess, I turn around immediately. Garaj Felinfach looked very good, both in the workshop and in the reception. They performed the MOT on time. Reception well mannered. Their website is clear, logically laid out and works (which is not the case with many others, including hospitals, GP surgeries, NHS, etc.). Horrific service! Completely unreliable and unprofessional, they told me the car would be ready by the end of the day, no contact from them so I rang to ask if it was ready, they ordered the wrong part so they said it would be ready the following day, again no contact to I called to see if it was ready again, they said it wouldn?t be ready until lunchtime the next day at which point I made clear I was now going to have to get a taxi to a hospital appointment- no apology. Rang again at lunchtime the next day and they said it would be another couple of hours and they would call an hour before it was ready. Over two hours later they called to say it was ready. Then charged £250 over the estimate given, I challenged them and he said ?an estimate is an estimate? but when I had asked each time I called if they could give me a more accurate estimate now that they started the job he asked what the estimate was then said it ?won?t be far off?. And to top it off, as soon as I drove away 5 minutes later a warning light came on for loss of air pressure in the tyre- the tyre they had just fitted. There are also scratches on the car where work has been done which weren?t there before. Awful! Taking advantage of people and no regard for inconvenience they caused. Have spoken to several people since dropping the car in who said they would never take their cars their because of their bad reputation. I will be contacting the Motor ombudsman.Services: Tires

If you're after a friendly garage with good service that doesn't try and rob you and do work that doesn't need doing then I strongly recommend you try elsewhere.?

Another garage that's well stocked with good lunch materials as well as fuel. I've stopped there many times when on that route and had many a good sarnie there. Never had any repairs done in the garage out the back but it looks very professional.
