Steve the manager was very helpful and attentive noticing I had come to use it by the towel I'd brought along with us..and showed me the machine and explained the process. He even gave me double the amount of time touse it as it was my first time..both leananne amd susie were most helpful too..they stock a huge range of all animal.related products. I'd definitely recommend and will be back to use the dog wash soon..”
