Barman is incredibly rude, swearing under his breath,argumentative, and kept sayin 'what' when serving my wife, serving staff ambling around with a I don't care attitude, missed things of the order 25+ min wait for food that was cold....all in all probably the worst wetherspoons I have every eaten at....the shift manager... read full comment

We have been coming to Chepstow for over 25 years and I have been going to The Bell Hanger pretty much every time we travel to Chepstow. I am saddened and very disappointed in knowing that one of my favorite places to stop in and have a pint and a little something to eat has gone so downhill.
