Used snappy shopper. Phoned me as two products were OOS, fine no prob, I ask for refund rather than substitution. When the rest of the order arrives they have substituted a further four items (why didn't they also inform me of those?). Nice sized well presented store, good selection of hot food to takeaway, best get it in the morning though as it can get past its "best" later on. Reasonable prices too.
