How this service survives baffles me. They want more pay for what, doing naff all and they obviously dont read what's Infront of them. Asked for a parcel to be put in my safe place and they ignore it. And I cannot get hold of my parce. Utterly blooming useless. I'd be embarrassed if I worked for this company.

I hope no one dies from this abysmal service the required things from the hospital arrives 3 days after it was needed! Had to cancel and re-arrange a hospital appendment! 1 class now just means we will deliver sometime when we feel like it!

First class card posted 25th March for my wife's birthday 29th just arrived today 9th May. Second class cards posted 27th March also just arrived. Where is the problem - is it Wales or England?

Second delivery attempt at 6:57 am Saturday. at 7 I left for work no one was there!!!! the post office was open from 8? Not the first time it happened that there was an attempt to deliver and no one even knocked on the door!!! The tarcking shows that the package has been in chepstow at the post office since Thursday. I am looking for a part for a car that is not very expensive. More than once there were parcels left at the door of greater value, which should not happen, there are safer places!!! I have no words for the postmen!!!13.03Another item what I ordered letter coming today 2 item still on post office or is missing.Window is open just 2h in the morning.Royal mail no words on what you are doing. This is some joke?!!!!!

Husband just turned away with a bar code returns parcel! They say they don?t do this on Saturday! Telephone number given is a fax machine. Disgusting service as very few opening hours in the week and now refusing parcels on Saturday,

Parcels show as at this DO for days without attempting delivery. Two hours opening each morning is totally inappropriate for those who have to work, they've even done away with the one day a week they use to open on an evening. Appalling service.

Company sent me a parcel with incomplete address.Extremely helpful postie searched the office, despite it being closed and him being on his break, and found it for me!
