Paul, came to my property within 15 minute's of my telephone call to attend to an emergency call out. I had fitted new lock that decided not to un-lock. Paul sorted the problem very quickly and his charge for an emergency call out was very reasonable.

One of the most reliable person I've ever dealt with. He came on time, he fixed my front door in less than 1/2 hr and charged reasonable (his competitor charged like 3x this fee over 2 yrs ago).I'd recommend to anyone and definitely will use again !

Left a message for Paul - The joys of the front and back door locks failing / being dodgy at the same time. He came out within 2 days (it wasnt an absolute emergency) explained why both had issues & replaced the locks in the same visit. Very reasonably priced too!
