In what was a new event for me with an insurance claim this was about as good as I could?ve hoped.Alex Lee gave essential and well appreciated advice, assisting me in negotiating insurance hassles. Justin Hardwick who works out of Bath, came to my aid in November 2023 after my car was hit by a lorry. Justin is exceptional he put me at ease, he's genuine,friendly, honest and reliable.knowing that he works for Audi is so reassuring.For all those that get to read these reviews, be rest assured that Justin is one of the good guys. It would be insane to go to a back street garage when the likes of Justin Hardwick are out there to give people fantastic service..

Throughout the entire sales process the team was fantastic, as someone who hates pushy salesman the team took a complete consultative sales approach - very comforting. Want to also say Richard was great to deal with, upfront, honest and great customer service. I will be recommending anyone I know to give Richard a call!

The customer service from start to finish was excellent. The work for complicated paint repairs to the bonnet was fairly priced and to a very high standard. The colour match was superb and the team went over and above to repaint some additional trim. A courtesy car was provided and regular updates as the repairs progressed were timely and professional. Alex Lee.... this man is the type of person anyone, and I seriously mean anyone, would want in their business. I had a small, small issue after a repair by mon motors, contacted Alex, no issues, no "you should have said earlier" etc etc... just a, "let's see if we can help, when can you bring the car in" Literally customer facing perfection. I had a really great experience at Mon Motors. I visited the body shop in Chepstow via my insurers, after being hit by a third party. My front bumper looks brand new, the repair was carried out to a very high standard and I was kept fully informed. First time for me heading down to Mon motors body repair shop after an unfortunate accident. My car was brand new and only had it for a few months until the accident, therefore naturally feeling anxious and nervous on the outcome of the repair to how I had it on delivery day from the Bristol Audi showroom?Must say?WOW! ! The drive down to the new facility is out of this world with everything looking brand new and updated. Was greeted with Alex Lee and his team and they are super-efficient and know their way round each vehicle and challenges (which mine had!). Alex kept me up to date always along the way and was always hospitable and accommodating, not only to providing a loan car but also ensuring my pick up day in collecting my car was as though I had purchased it brand new from the showroom! Must say ....you guys delivered!!!Fantastic knowing I can drive my Audi with ease and comfort knowing if anything unfortunate was to happen, I have mon motors body shop to call in for help!A+ service from the team at Mon Motors body shop and my sincere thanks to Alex and his team!

Mon Motors, and specifically Alex Lee and all the team, did a first class job repairing my Audi A4, and having it ready for me to collect in only a few weeks. Alex was great to deal with, being clear, knowledgeable and responsive, always getting back to me quickly and making sure I was fully informed about the repair status. The car was damaged on the first day of a trip to Cornwall, and Mon Motors managed to help redeem this disaster by returning the car to gleaming health in a short period.Services: Tires

A* Service from start to finish!!Alex Lee was my contact and I genuinely couldn?t have asked for him to do anymore. From the moment he made contact with me the whole process of getting my car fixed was a total breeze. He kept me regularly updated which meant there was no need to chase him up. He was up front and honest too regarding time scales so at no point was I disillusioned.Having collected my car this morning, I?m very happy with the result and I?m overjoyed to have it back. My appointment today was with Claire Lee and she was amazing, so helpful and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Simon Tull was also a super star just touching up the couple of areas that were pointed out. Avoid for fact, they great until you pay deposit , collected Volvo of them driven 190miles back to London contacted them that car is not quality enough noise level it was almost like you will stand on side of motorway and comfort of driving worst than a Kia rio , contacted them - (less than 24h) returned the car refund lower of £1500 , and still no money refunded to me. More like dodgy company than how they call them self family business ! Reported to Volvo uk as well .
