“I can't praise John on the till at the Chepstow store enough for his kindness, my bank card wouldn't work and i asked that I return some of my shopping as only had a £5 in my wallet, he straight away put his hand in his pocket and covered the couple of quid I was short, that's above and beyond customer service!Thanks again John.”

“This tesco is significantly better than the one in lydney. They have a bigger variety of stock, including more freezer stuff, clothing, key cutters and phone shop. They've got the scan as you go here as well which I cannot recommend highly enough. If you haven't given it a go yet its bloody brilliant! So much more convenient! Overall, one of the better tescos.”
