Very helpful staff, quick unloading, ramps are not too bad, a bit tight. The office and restroom are located right next to the ramps.

I wouldn?t wish anyone to work for this company, it couldn?t be worse. I arrived for unloading at the specified time, waited in line for 2 hours. The cars that were behind me in line let me go ahead and unloaded me. They gave me ramp 7, I stood under the ramp for 1.5 hours. They came and told me to move to ramp 11, I moved, the red light came on, so I think they started unloading. After 15 minutes the green light came and they said that they were busy and there would be no unloading today. I asked when the unloading was, and they answered that they didn?t know anything. They gave me the keys and documents and told me to leave.

Maybe teach your drivers to look both ways before pulling out of a junction almost killing me and my wife. Driver delivering food too busy smoking in his truck to pay attention to other road users

Easy enough to find bays aren't to bad a bit tight but manageable but it took less time to drive from folkestone to Chepstow than it took them to unload 17 pallets absolute joke

Overall easy place to deliver to with artics, warehouse is pretty quick to unload and so is the lady at the counter to sort the paperwork out. Only down is reversing on bays; there is no space, and if you have a liveload unloading on the next bay on your right then it can be a bit complicated to back in, there are just a few meters from the front of the unit to the fence, good days can take 2 attempts bad days can take 5 or 6...

Very unpleasant experience everytime they deliver. They never bring all food to the kitchen. So I have to deliver it myself I'm a chef not a delivery driver. Very unprofessional service
