One star for the pleasant staff but the place is a shambles!!General waiting time was 3 to 4 hours for everyone Ive spoken to, only two bays working and tight truck waiting area because of the amount of empty trailers!!

Quick turnaround, toilet could do with a clean mind you. The bucket underneath the urinal to catch the urine wasn't in the right place. Why not try fixing the broken urinal. All over the floor.

Absolutely shocking how this Mickey Mouse operation continues at Asda DC Chepstow. 14:00 booking but still took them until 18:00 to complete the offload. Had to chase down a worker to get paperwork and keys back. Joke of a place about as much use as a chocolate ash tray.
