Lovely cakes and choice of tea

The best scones around, beautiful garden setting overlooking the canal, and Sian is really friendly and attentive. We discovered it a couple of years ago, and were delighted to return this summer with our 6 month old daughter. Sian even came out with a cold cloth for our daughter as it was exceptionally hot that day.

Definitely would recommend a stop here. Quite unique and traditional at the same time. Very friendly. We had sandwiches that were nice and fresh and homemade scones with cream and homemade jam delicious. Good prices and attentive waiting staff.

Hands down the best scone I've ever eaten! We happened upon Sian's café completely unexpectedly, but the friendly service and beautiful, blooming garden was a joy. All homemade cakes and a fantastic selection of tea and coffee.

Best scone I have ever eaten! Try the rhubarb and ginger one if you can. So light and delicious. A gem of a stop.

If you go over the Aquaduct please Visit Sians Cafe in The Garden. What a lovely place to chill and have a sandwich or scone with a drink. Lovely welcoming people. Thank you from the couple in a rush.x

Absolutely amazing place to stay to have a little rest. The atmosphere is gorgeous. I love such local small places where owner takes care about all the details. The scones were super soft and delicious.
I would 100% recommend this place.

We finally made it! We?ve been meaning to come to the lovely Sian?s cafe for years and it exceeds all expectations.
What a beautiful spot sitting in the outdoor parlour looking at the canal lock and seeing tiny birds visiting their bird tables.
We were welcomed with hot cups of coffee whilst Sian and Dave finished setting up.
Then we ordered the recommended sausage roll using apples and sage from the garden and a ploughman?s sandwich to share.
We were given a tour of the cabin situated at the back of the garden which looked really cosy.
Then the food arrived, the sausage roll was delicious and the sandwich packed with fillings - all washed down with dandelion and burdock.
It was a lovely sunny day and the cafe soon filled, so we felt it only right to continue our journey to Llangollen and let some other lucky people sample the delicious food and hospitality.
Well done to a lovely couple in creating a special place xx

Excellent service. We had tea and cake with our dogs here. Seating is limited so you have to be a bit Lucky I guess.
