Not a nice place to work at all

Went out of my way across town to support a local business, for what should have been a quick and simple transaction (purchasing grease cartridges). As the only customer there, I rang the bell and staff working there could see me waiting. Waited for a good while, then eventually acknowledged me only to make me feel like a nuisance and made me wait further as they carried on with something else before getting what I needed. Next time I'll get what I want off the Internet, probably cheaper and delivered to my door without attitude.
