Terrible customer service from the assistant. Are a parcel drop off point but wouldn?t take the parcel due to the size of the parcel (wasn?t a massive parcel). Should not offer the service if they can?t deliver.

Very un-helpfull and a waste of time suggest I go ask go for prescription, Unable to sell OTCs with out GP okay, no reason given for refusal
