Saw The Way of Water (Avatar) on a Thursday morning in 3D with just 12 others in the auditorium. How special can you get! Just watched Dune II with 16 others. Not a good film, but really, where were you peeps?

As the quality of cinemas go these days. This place is actually pretty good. Multiple screens showing new films, the seating is clean as is the floor and the staff were helpful beyond expectation. The food/serving area needs a little TLC (broken fridge etc) but again the guy serving was helpful beyond expectation. It's a typical cinema, and does it well. ??

I had great seats, I managed to do a couple of stairs so not so close to the screen, where the disabled seating is normally in screen 6.

Not a good experience, no nachos when we went, parking in the carpark was expensive as anything. I won't be back. It's cheaper to drive to swansea.

Good value for money, friendly staff and tidy kept cinema, some cinemas I have been to have been cold I had to coat my coat on, this one was just right like being in the comfort of my home, I recommend to everyone ??

watched the new wonka film amazing but the only thing that was wrong was the kids laughing the whole film If your the parent or parents of these children i hope you know that everyone was annoyed and despite multiple people saying shhh they kept on laughing i hope you don?t take them to a cinema again otherwise people will be even more annoyed

Very disappointed in the pop up charity money grab at the cinema pay terminals. Staff claimed they knew nothing about it and said contact medicinema.. Warning to everyone beware the way this operates as you don't get given an option. It takes the money as soon as you tap and then you have to raise a dispute with your bank.

First visit to a Vue Cinema so went with open mindsFound ticket prices reasonable but popcorn ridiculously expensive and soggy as though new popcorn being mixed with old. Definitely wouldn't buy again.We'd booked and paid ahead for premium seats tbinking they would be more comfortable as the film was 3 hrs long.However the seats are very upright pushing head forward and we found them most uncomfortable.Staff very friendly and helpful, queues build up so leave plenty of time.Not a total disaster and we would use this cinema again but only because there aren't many in South Wales.I guess we've been spoilt by Cineworld cinemas with fully reclining seats.

Friendly staff good ticket prices but went twice this week and it was freezing inside, we came prepared the second time with blankets it was still cold!
