Why, when I am dealing with my late mother's estate with £2.40 in her tsb account, is the person dealing with me asking if my mother left a lot of money? This was nothing to do with the formal questions regarding Probate and Inheritance Tax which we later came on to. This question came first.The person was harsh an uncaring and seemed more interested in what my mother was worth.Having dealt with Barclays and Principality, who were warm and accommodating, I would give tsb zero.
