Lovely jewellery and good prices

My dad had bought a necklace for my mam a few years ago, sadly my mam lost the necklace, this was very sentimental to mam as my dad has since passed away. I thought it was a long shot but I took a picture of my mam wearing the necklace into Trysor to see if they could help replace it. Today I have picked up a replacement that has to be made for mam. The ladies in Trysor have been so helpful, I told them that he situation and I couldn?t have asked for better service. I love the fact that I can go in there and have a chat in Welsh, friendly, polite and very helpful staff. Diolch I chi fydd mam yn hapus nes mlaen. Marie x

My mother brought me a ring from her said it was gold, I was dying in hospital at the time so couldn't return on the date they recorded go took it to a professional jewels who stated this isn't even worth £20 let alone the price you paid. Absolutely disgusting woman was so rude to me. They take your money and miss sell items! The way she spoke to me was horrendous. Do not buy from her. Nice while buying but will soon turn on you once the cash is in her hand.

We were highly recommended this jeweller from a friend. Me and my fiancé weren?t disappointed at all, slightly overwhelmed as we didn?t know what to expect. Straight away we were put at ease and listened to. Using old rings from relatives we wanted to give a sentimental touch to our wedding bands so we decided to get them melted down.Ella was super helpful and I can?t thank her enough. She went above and beyond and got them exactly if not more than what we ever imagined.I will forever be grateful to Trysor and the lovely ladies.Thankyou for making the experience so perfect for us both.I will be recommending you guys to everyone.Diolch!Jess

*** DO NOT USE THIS JEWELLERS***Took white gold chain in for repair. Was quoted £15 so agreed for them to go ahead. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the cost of repair was £60. When I challenged this, the price was reduced to £40 but still way above the original quote. They would not budge any further on this and had no option but to pay.Absolutely appalling way to do business - never again!!!
