Called in today, driven past this place for over 30 years and never bothered before. So needed some Diamond tipped drills. I asked and was directed to them. Also needed some wallplugs aswell. Asked the guy behind the counter and was given both sizes needed. Brilliant customer service and very friendly. Shall be using this Builders Merchants from now on. Excellent product range at extremely competitive prices... Cheers all.....
