Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service here. Staff were on hand to advise and assist (without hovering around you). Was offered and accepted a drink while sorting out my order. Everything was brought to me on a trolley, checked for any additional requirements (tile adhesive, etc), and loaded into my vehicle once paid for. Thanks to Manager Darren, it was a smooth and efficient service.Highly recommend this store for your tiling needs.

Darren was very helpful, we arrived needing extra tiles which are no longer in fashion. Poor man was back and forth with the computer and out the back to check stock. He even took the trolley out to the car.

I never leave reviews but went in this morning to collect tiles and the service was fab, good advice, and the gent took the tiles to the car and loaded them into the car without me even asking. Had lots of time for my daft questions. Would recommend. ???
