Went for a watch repair and couldn?t be happier with the service I received. I was served by Donny who was very friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my watch by the time I had done a quick shop. Highly recommended

My wife took a pair shoes here to be polished as part of my blues uniform ready for Remembrance Sunday .She was told that they didn?t provide this service and never have (even though I?ve had them done here previously) .After a short discussion the company took the shoes and polished them unwillingly but very poor effort.Pretty sure all Timpsons shoe repair offer this service , correct me if I?m wrong .My wife was made to feel very uncomfortable very poor customer service.

Had a problem with my car after the key was cut (not timpsons fault) and Danny who had served me let me stay with him and he helped me sort the problem out. Was an AMAZING service and I'll definitely go back. Really good lad working there. Deserves a raise.. Thanks!

Spoke to like dirt by a very patronising tall guy. I asked a simple question and got a ridiculous answer just because I didn't have the key for him to look at. I have used Timpson for years and I have never dealt with anyone unprofessional. This member of staff acted like it was WRONG to ask him a question about keys! I will be writing to head office once I found out his name. Digusting attitude.

While you wait service ??? My husband took a pair of my shoes to have new rubbers applied on the heels. Told it would take 2 hours....this is a long time for a while you wait service which google states this shop provides !
