Won't have an eye test there ever again, but I took my own prescription in, and bought two pairs of tinted varifocal glasses there, served by Meryl, who was excellent, very knowledgeable, really knew her stuff, and I would absolutely recommend you ask for her when you require new glasses.

My daughter lost her specs whilst around the otherside of the world and hadn't been in for a while and I wasn't sure if they could even help me, well they did, they went above and beyond what was asked. Thank you. Sometimes people are just so helpful and kind it brings a tear to one's eye.

Attended wuth other the other half for his DVLA sight test appointment. They all appear to be 'quite young' in the branch, but they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

They got me out of a very big hole as I broke my glasses and they had a new frame which they supplied and put my glasses back together a day before I was leaving to go down London way many thanks guys.

Specsavers is good. Seriously good. The staff all do their jobs really well, explain everything clearly, and seem to realise not everyone can afford the expensive frames. I'll be back next time I need new glasses, for certain.

Three recent visits for first time varifocals, collection, tweaking etc. I don't usually leave reviews, but must say that all the staff were fantastic, and deserve a bit of kudos all round. Enjoyable, professional, and relaxing.

Awful customer service, I was left waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment before I asked what was happening, the lady said someone else was in my appointment slot as an emergency, I asked how long this would take and she said no idea, yet other people were coming in after me and being seen. I left as I couldn?t wait. I then phoned to complain about my experience and to cancel my file, as I had decided to go elsewhere, this wasn?t the first poor service I had from this store, and they never really got my prescription right, she simply said yeah that?s fine, no apology and hung up. My advice go anywhere else but here.
