“After a poor experience due to my in store delivery being returned to the warehouse in just a week when I went in to collect it, I was not happy!I was then served by Non at Carmarthen Store and she was very helpful. I bought the item in the shop for a good price and accidentally left my phone behind. She kept it safe and I can't thank her enough for the great service Ainsley was also very pleasant and tge lady serving tonight on tge till by tge door. All round top service, thank you all ?”

“The few staff there are here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The products are vast and prices are competitive. I really wanted to give a 5* rating but feel that the number of availiable assistants lets the store down and creates long queues which can be frustrating. This isnt a reflection on the current staff there, the company have let them and the customer down by not providing the correct number of staff to meet customer demand.”
