Utensils are quite scarce in that place. I had to go and buy a wok as they didn?t provide with enough utensils. Never been to a place where they say self catering and hardly anything in there. So my advice would be bring you own pots and pans ?I
I would also like to add that it smells really bad as there is a farm very close to the place. The smell does get unpleasant. The gym is nothing like in the picture. Hats off to the photographer to make the picture looks so good

A great base to explore....
If you're looking for peace and quiet this is your place. Cabins in the woods.
Ours had a hot tub which was ideal for us. The accommodation was modern and clean. Even gave us bin liners, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc to keep is going. The other cabins looked extremely tired.
Pool & facilities were clean but very dated.
Negatives:
Beds not thay comfy for us, fine for kids. Sofa definitely needs replacing or re-filling!

Lovely wood cabins in a peaceful location. Clean and warm pool with enough size for a good swim, Spa and sauna. Nature walks with stunning views. Stable yard provides drinks after 4pm, shop with bare necessities. Restaurant. Games room, DVDs on loan. Books available.

First time staying at Pantglas Holiday Park. Great location to get out & about from. The staff were lovely. Went swimming & the 2 different members of staff who were on duty when I was there were so lovely, welcoming & friendly. When I went into the Jacousie, the lovely lady was straight over & switched it on for me & then brought me a glass of water. Very thoughtful. Even when I was observing & didn't go in the pool the following day, the lovely lady showed me where the water cooler was & to help myself & was so friendly.
Went to the cafe on the Saturday evening & the food was really good. The only let down was when we went to order dessert, I was informed it would be a 45 minute wait but the young gentleman was very apologetic and explained the main restaurant was very busy & the director was in which couldn't be helped & was glad he told me beforehand.
We stayed in the Dyfed chalet. Unfortunately it was very run down & tired. There were cobwebs everywhere, the water pressure wasn't fantastic, the shower tray plug hole looked rusty & dirty & when we had a shower, the shower tray filled up with water to my ankles!!!!
When we made up the sofa bed, we found the sheets & duvet & when I pulled them out, they weren't clean. Everything in the chalet just felt grubby & dirty.
Cannot fault all the staff & service, just really disappointed with the chalet.

The lodges are badly requiring attention, and the swimming pool area has no security lockers in it. The onside shop is located in the bar and only has essentials in it.

This place is great. The staff are really friendly and there is loads to do on site. Some aspects are a bit tired here and there but on the whole an amazing find.
Nearby activities: You need to have a car to get here and be able to get to places such as the Gower Peninsula and Tenby which are both about an hour away.

Food was delicious, lots of vegan options on the menu and they had even made considerations for gluten free.
The lady running the pool and gym was lovely, so approachable and very welcoming.
The site is beautiful, the views over the lake are gorgeous, we enjoyed spotting the fairies hidden in the woods.

Fully recommend Sunday lunch at this most beautiful location. Food was superb as was was the service, staff friendly and accommodating. We had the added pleasure of a guided tour, of this beautiful complex, and would highly recommend staying here. The very comfortable chalets cater from two to eight, with on site indoor pool, plus tennis courts restaurant and cafe, located within lovely well tended park land and gardens. Highly recommended for adults only, or families.Food & drinks: Superb

Very much out in the countryside, quiet and peaceful. Stayed in a log cabin, which was beautiful. Ate in both the bar and restaurant on site, both were ok, bar menu was something and chips, restaurant menu was being changed so had little choice. Had to book for restaurant even though there was only one other couple there, which was a bit strange. Lovely clean site and facilities.
