“I was greeted when I visited Carmarthen store and was helped with choosing a mattress from a very nice retail shop assistant who explained the details of the different mattresses.The retail assistant offered me a drink, which was very kind, he explained about the different pillows that were on offer to buying which I found one that was very comfortable and met my needs.The shop assistant helped me by taking the pillow which I used to try out the mattresses, he spoke about the Sleepmatch which I tried, I did'nt know there was such technology! but unfortunately the price was out of my range.I have purchased the mattress that I require for my needs and it will be delivered this week. very impressed with the whole service.”
