I received excellent & prompt attention .I had to alter my appt to the following day as I had hurt my back . The person I spoke to was very helpful .I also overheard a member of staff dealing with another customer who had a flat tyre & needed to get home to her husband who had dementia. Although they were very busy the staff member ensured her tyre was sorted . I was very impressed with customer service . ?

Took my car here recently with a suspected suspension issue. Unfortunately through no fault of there own as such. My car wasn't fixed after that visit. Because the part supplied by the manufacturer was faulty. But the guys got me straight back in after me speaking to them about the issue and were very quick to rectify it. They couldn't so enough for me. Will definitely be taking my car here for further work.

My car was recovered to Kwikfit in Carmarthen with a double puncture and was processed straight away. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the lads and everything was sorted very quickly. The best Kwikfit experience I have had and there have been many. Top service and thank you ?

I explained to the guy who booked me in that I was on my lunch break and he said he would start it straight away. It was done very quickly and I had plenty of time to get back to work in time so very grateful for the speedy and friendly service.

Open on Sunday, which was very useful. I was towing a caravan and had a puncture.I had put the spare on, but due to be driving up the west coast of Wales the following day. The guys were very accommodating, had the tyres I needed, got me soted quickly, and I was on my way. Thank you.
