Ordered on Uber, ordered the crowd pleaser only to have a burger meal arrive with none of the contents that I ordered arrive, it?s been constantly bad for years now especially after lockdown but Jesus man how can someone mess up a massive family sized meal for a single freezing cold burger and chips. Id honestly suggest that if you fancie a kfc that you drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in cross hands

Absolutely filthy, food all over the floor, toilets stank and looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in days. Stood there 10 mins waiting to be served, nobody served us. Walked out and went to maccys instead.

Wait times were horrendous, waited 35 minutes for food, people who had ordered after myself were served before. Another customer who had been waiting 40 mins when I arrived, waited another 20 minutes after that again before being served, missing items.
Several items I had ordered, I was told, were unavailable after waiting 35 minutes.
The floor was filthy, food, wrappers and spills, no attempt in the entire hour I was there by the end of eating, to clean at all.
Hair found in my food, was given a replacement peice of chicken, however that doesn't mitigate the fact that hair was found within the food.
No hair nets, hats worn, but long hair was just left outside of the hats.
Overall, the hygiene was disgraceful. The wait times for supposed fast food was way to long, and made longer by having to redo items, and offer alternatives to food not told unavailable before ordering. Bins were also overflowing

Give it a miss, I don't think anyone knows what they are doing. Meals abandoned, customers asking for refunds, It's bad and the guy who seems to be in charge is really miserable. The board say's your meal is ready, they are stacked upon there but not getting out to customers who are waiting 20 minutes or more. We won't go back again

A very poor experience, ordered food at the screens but wanted to pay cash, which it stated you can do. But the lady serving cancelled our orders because we did not ask her directly at the till. I had to repeatedly ask her to gain her attention to re place our orders, KFC was practically empty with her serving no one else. Bad customer service, over priced and poorly cooked food when we did get it. We wont be returning.

Giving this a one star is being too kind if I could I would give zero stars. The place was absolutely filthy. The staff where roude except the one on till who was nice to my daughter. The place seams to be ran by half asked people who arnt really botherd about their job. Attitude is unacceptable. Bins over flowing. Napkins on the floor. Workers standing around gossiping. Store supervisor didn't seam bothered. Really wouldn't recommend this kfc to anyone. All I went in for was pop corn chicken. It's a total let down and a dive.
