We really like this agent, the team Ruth & Martynas who deal with lettings are like a perfect team. From the start the communication was excellent & we'd already tried another agency at that point so knew what red flags to look for.They rented our property quickly too, they are a consistent firm of people who clearly work hard & enjoy the work they do. We're pretty novice to renting as well but actually found it really easy to navigate with the support of this agent.

The experience throughout was pleasant. I was assisted by Martynas Krioga throughout the whole process of getting the property. I moved in from Sheffield so it was not easy for me to come all the way to South-west Wales to view the property. But Martynas recorded a visual tour for me and that was easier to confirm and make a decision. Martynas's assistance helped me to get the property on time and he was also very nice and kind in making me understand everything renting related since this was my first time renting.
