Went looking for a suit for my own wedding earlier this year, Jackie James has been great since the day I walked in to the store. Yesterday I had one of the best experiences of service in a shop in my life.Basically I had a shirt as a birthday gift ,5/6 weeks ago .Collar size was my usual so thought nothing of it and unpacked it and took it on holiday.However it didn?t fit.Called in to the shop yesterday on the way back from the holiday, without any packaging or receipt or even the shop carrier bag just to see what the exchange policy would be and Eurig was superb.Happily exchanged the item with no fuss, advised on the correct size, happy to have a general conversation and made me feel like a customer who was actually appreciated .Can?t fault his after service.Highly recommend the business if you are looking for a proper outfitters.

Overwhelmed by the outstanding service I recieved In store. Highly reccomend shopping here. Great quality clothing. I was styled and sized up in under 20mins. Couldn't ask for more but I recieved more when they knocked a little off the final bill without even having to ask. Il be back for more clothes soon thats for sure.

What fantastic service I had from this shop, They went above and beyond to find me a black suite for a funeral at very short notice, bought on the Saturday the seamstresses done alterations and Mark very kindly drove 20miles on the Sunday to meet me half way with the perfect suite, I will be back and highly recommend this great shop,Regards Karl.

This is an amazing shop in the lovely town of Carmarthen. You can discover unique brands there like Eden Park, S4 Jackets, Sunwill and others that makes always good to check.On the top you will have an amazing customer service from all the staff working there, with nice suggestions and attention to details.Really impressed!

Brilliant service received yesterday. Not pushy, very welcoming, friendly, helpful, opened my eyes to different ideas rather than just accepting what I wanted to look at. Enjoyable experience.Would highly recommend coming here before going anywhere else.The shop window display may not do the shop enough justice until your inside, make sure you go in!

Not the first time travelling almost 2 hours to shop here and wont be the last.The service you get is second to none extremely knowledgeable staff and Eurig (Boss) is a gentleman even kept 2 suits in the stores for almost a month until i could come down to try them on.Hopefully one day they will open a shop closer to me.
