“Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service here. Staff were on hand to advise and assist (without hovering around you). Was offered and accepted a drink while sorting out my order. Everything was brought to me on a trolley, checked for any additional requirements (tile adhesive, etc), and loaded into my vehicle once paid for.
