I am writing to express my concern about the slow service at the Greggs branch. The staff are pleasant, but the service is consistently below the standard I have come to expect from Greggs. The wait time is often 15 minutes or longer, even with only two customers ahead of me. This has significantly reduced the frequency of my visits from five times per week to once or twice a month. I understand that the team is doing their best, but the current service level is not conducive to a quick lunch break or breakfast before work. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve the service speed at this branch. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A gentleman called Dave jumped on a till for me as I was running late to pick my little girl up from school.Izzy the young lady was also very polite and give me a free cup cake as they didn?t have two gingerbread men in the shop.Little things like this make your experience in Greegs much easier and better.Thank you Dave and Izzy, both should be promoted.

It is a lovely coffee place. But the cleanliness was not there. I was very disgusted and I wiped my table with an antiseptic cloth. The floor was filthy. The staff was friendly, though.

Guaranteed queues going out the door come lunch, and staff are unreasonably slow. I've wasted half a lunch break standing in the queue multiple times over the last few months watching the staff and there's visibly no urgency or attempt to get food out in time. Either speed up, or hire new staff before this place gets a reputation for it.
