An excellent buying experience. Lee was very helpful and well informed. We started looking for a new mattress about 3 months ago in October 2023 and he gave us some very useful advice regarding spring count and mattress fillings. We had to avoid a memory foam mattress since we have an electric under-blanket where the heat degrades memory foam and similar substances. A high (5000 plus) pocket and micro-spring count on a King-size mattress was the best option. Although there were many offerings on the Internet, there is no better way to choose a mattress than to try them out and talk to an expert. The decision can only be made (and it's an easy choice) after experiencing the full body support offered by a hand-made, well sprung Masters Guild mattress. The 4-week delivery time reflects the made-to-order quality of the mattress and we look forward to delivery at the end of January 2024. Again, many thanks for your help Lee.

I was greeted when I visited Carmarthen store and was helped with choosing a mattress from a very nice retail shop assistant who explained the details of the different mattresses.The retail assistant offered me a drink, which was very kind, he explained about the different pillows that were on offer to buying which I found one that was very comfortable and met my needs.The shop assistant helped me by taking the pillow which I used to try out the mattresses, he spoke about the Sleepmatch which I tried, I did'nt know there was such technology! but unfortunately the price was out of my range.I have purchased the mattress that I require for my needs and it will be delivered this week. very impressed with the whole service.

Reasonable range, highly priced, not competitive, very easy to get seduced by the glitz and gimmickry. Shop around and do not assume independents will be more expensive because often they are not.If you choose a warranty then ensure you read it and question the salesperson about it, so many protective clauses etc it often voids the most basic claim e.g. If the mattress sinks or dips then there is an acceptable " tolerance " that increases every year..,. anyway just be careful.

My wife and I visited the Carmarthen Dreams store on 21 April to purchase a double and single mattress. Our experience from start to finish was first class. The assistant, Dan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The computerised mattress strength calculator showed we both needed firm mattresses and, armed with this, Dan talked us through the various types available. He described each in detail and helped us with any queries. He never once tried to sell us a particular product, leaving it to us to decide on our preferences armed with full background and technical information from Dan. The ordering and financing procedure was completed without fuss. Dan, and his colleague Lee, are a credit to Dreams Carmarthen and if anyone needs to replace their mattresses or buy new beds in the area I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Fantastic service from Kelly. Introduced us to the amazing Sleepmatch machine and helped us choose the perfect mattress to suit our needs.Informative, without being pushy, the service was first rate and friendly. Purchased whilst on holiday, to be delivered back home next week.
