I like to park at the museum outside Carmarthen and walk into town along the cycle path, which is a really nice walk.My destination is Days department store for breakfast and a nose in the outdoor section, where there are usually great bargains to be had for those who like a bargain ?Then it's breakfast time in the cafe area top floor!The breakfast is freshly cooked, and you can basically assemble your breakfast with whatever you like.You can have between 6 and 9 items that are, in my opinion, cooked to perfection, best fried eggs I've ever had!Friendly, efficient, and really good value for money, especially in these times where one needs a mortgage for a cup of coffee in some places.Highly recommended ?

Great breakfast in Days this morning. Cooked to perfection. Excellent choice of either 6, 9 or 12 items all very reasonably priced. Very good service.

Stooped for food. Fish chips mushy peas and tartare sauce for a tenner. Good size fish, chips were OK but wish I'd gone for the jacket potato, the ones being served were huge!

The breakfast at Days Department store was excellent. It was freshly cooked by Kathy, who did some of the serving too.Janet at the till was very friendly.I was out shopping solo, and it was very pleasant chatting to people who were in the restaurant.I noticed that there were people of all ages, including young children. I intend to take my family there.I do think that the items sold in the store need to include more elements such as lighting and some trender clothing, even for us older girls. There needs to be more variety of goods in the store in my opinion.

A wonderful department store, love it. Everything one needs, and a lovely clean cafeteria serving tea, coffee, breakfast, lunches. Helpful friendly staff as well.
