Browsing all the laptops on display, it was hard to choose as I didn't want to pick the wrong one. That was until a wonderful lady came to assist me. She was friendly, knowledgable and took the time to explain and show us which laptops were best for specifically what I wanted. The delivery arrived early and I couldn't be more happier! The laptop is a beauty! Now I can begin pursuing my dream career and when I get there, remember Currys is where it all started. Thank you to the lady who helped me decide ???

Stood for an hour next to the laptops one totally useless employee came to assist me then spoke to someone else about their dog, then I was left standing.Gave up after another half hour of waiting. Useless on Sundays!

This currys is awful, NO sim cards to buy. Wanted you to buy contract phones noy pay as you go.Nowhere to sit if disabled or old. Real bar stools ridiculous

Had a very positive experience yesterday with Steven to help me decide on a new TV for our showroom. Knowledgeable, pilot and courteous. Ended up buying a TV and he even helped me load it into the truck. Great guy!

All went ok with purchase, but after sales was disgusting. Rang tel number which was not the actual store, was promised a call back ( person on end of phone supposedly sent an Email to the store ) that was over a week ago, no response. But thank you very much !!! All sorted now. Acting on behalf of an 85 year old pensioner.This experience was very stressful for him ( and me ) as I actually live 50 miles from him !!!!

Ordered a TV from the Carmarthen store and paid £35 for ?time to suit? delivery. I had multiple text messages confirming the delivery before hand, waited in all morning and no tv has arrived.I called the helpline and was told as the tv is now out of stock and there may be stock back on 16th December but there?s no guarantee. I asked for a refund on my delivery charge and was told as the purchase was made in store there?s nothing the helpline can do to change ANYTHING on my order. They told me the store and curry online are separate and I?d have to return to store to request the refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have been waiting 5 months for a refund on an item I returned on the day I bought it because it was wrong. AVOID. Check 1 star reviews on Trustpilot before you spend money there.

I am a retail manager and I would not employ any member of staff I talked to when I visited Carmarthen Curry?s. I made 2 visits first was the worst as all staff were on lunch and after 30 mins I left and bought my telly online and my 2nd visit a small blonde sales manager preferred to check her staff were not stealing anything at the end of their shift rather than process my purchase. Shocking ?
