“I didn't plan on going to Lush when I was shopping in Carmarthen, but I'm so glad I did. I met Poppy-Jo who was ever so friendly and helpful. I explained about the problems I was having with my skin, and as I didn't have a skin care routine, Poppy-Jo went through suitable products, which I bought, and have been using for 2 weeks. My skin feels so much better, and I'm having far less break outs than before. Poppy-Jo even wrote the routine down for me to follow, and gave me a sample of moisturiser in case it didn't suit my sensitive skin. Would highly recommend going there. “The few staff there are here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The products are vast and prices are competitive. I really wanted to give a 5* rating but feel that the number of availiable assistants lets the store down and creates long queues which can be frustrating. This isnt a reflection on the current staff there, the company have let them and the customer down by not providing the correct number of staff to meet customer demand.”
