Rude unhelpful receptionist this morning!The attitude of most NHS staff these days is that they are doing you a huge favour to be dealing with you at all. The reception staff at this surgery also appear to be untrained and ignorant. I?m sick of being treated as though I?m a nuisance! Without patients they?d have no job.

This is an amazing surgery. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all fantastic. I regularly take my 90 year old father to the surgery and I have found everyone to be so pleasant, helpful and diligent. When I have telephoned for various appointments, results etc, my calls get through very quickly. Diolch o galon i bawb am bopeth. Christine

Great doctors but absolutely useless reception. Convoluted processes that make no sense. Unhelpful and rude reception staff. It?s almost impossible to book an appointment. There?s no need for things to be this difficult.

Not one for leaving reviews but had to say what brilliant service I received today, not only was I seen promptly having arrived a bit earlier than my appointment but the nurse took my blood brilliantly, as a needle phobic person who generally fails to give a drop thd procedure went smoothly in fact it was that good I didnt realise that this brilliant nurse had done it. Liz Murcott this nurse is a treasure and and a credit to your team xThanks again
